CNC Retrofit and Modernization
We upgrade machines whose control systems have become obsolete or whose electronic components are no longer manufactured. In CNC retrofit and modernization projects, we analyse the existing mechanical structure, motor ratings, drives, spindle system, I/O connections and safety circuit. Our goal is to extend the machine’s productive life by making it more reliable, traceable and easier to operate.
While retaining existing functions, we can add new capabilities, alarm and diagnostic screens, recipe management and production monitoring. This creates an infrastructure in which operators can understand faults more quickly, service teams can intervene more easily and maintenance can be managed systematically.
CNC Spare Parts and Technical Support
For CNC spare parts, we support HOMAG, BIESSE, SCM, Morbidelli, IMA and MASTERWOOD machines with controllers, servo drives, servo motors, electronic boards, spindles and other automation components. To identify the correct part, we consider not only the brand and model but also the machine’s existing electrical and control infrastructure.
